IT Asset Disposition Services

Secure, compliant, and value-driven disposition for your retired IT and capital equipment — from data destruction to remarketing, handled with transparency at every step.

Service 01

Secure Data Protection & Handling

  • NIST 800-88 Rev. 2 & IEEE 2883-2022 destruction
  • NISPOM & NSA/CSS EPL methods for sensitive media
  • CMMC / NIST 800-171 & ITAR/EAR-aware handling
  • Serialized certificates & verified chain of custody

When assets reach the end of their useful life, the information stored on them remains just as valuable — and just as vulnerable. Our secure data protection and handling process eliminates that risk through complete, documented sanitization or destruction of every data-bearing device.

All media is sanitized or destroyed in compliance with NIST 800-88 Rev. 2 and IEEE 2883-2022, with secure handling of sensitive media following DoD 5220.22-M and NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117). Classified and high-sensitivity magnetic media are degaussed and shredded using NSA/CSS EPL-listed methods. Every asset is tracked through a verified chain of custody and closed out with serialized certificates of destruction.

We are R2v3 (SERI), ISO 14001, and NAID AAA (i-SIGMA) certified, and we have completed our CMMC 2.0 Level 1 self-assessment for safeguarding Federal Contract Information. For defense suppliers and advanced manufacturers, our handling supports NIST 800-171 media-sanitization requirements (control 3.8.3) and DFARS 252.204-7012 expectations, and we screen controlled equipment and technical data for ITAR and EAR considerations. Every asset is destroyed in compliance with these standards, with final recycling through certified, audited downstream channels.

Data ends here — accountability doesn't.

Service 02

Environmentally Responsible Asset Management

  • Reuse and recovery before recycling
  • Certified downstream partners
  • Audit trails & environmental impact reports

Sustainability and security can coexist — and our asset management programs prove it. We take a value-first, compliance-driven approach to end-of-life electronics, prioritizing reuse and recovery before recycling.

As an R2v3 (SERI) and ISO 14001 certified company, we process all non-recoverable materials through certified, audited downstream channels. Detailed audit trails and environmental impact reports keep your organization transparent and compliant with internal ESG goals and external regulations.

Responsible outcomes are built into every asset's final chapter.

Service 03

Asset Recovery & Remarketing

  • Consignment-based programs
  • Vetted global buyer network
  • Maximized residual value

Every retired asset has potential — it simply needs the right strategy to realize it. Our asset recovery and remarketing services evaluate, refurbish, and resell decommissioned equipment through a vetted global network of buyers and partners.

Through consignment-based programs, clients maintain visibility into pricing, sales, and realized returns. Our process maximizes residual value, minimizes downtime, and ensures that even complex or specialized equipment is handled with the expertise it deserves.

Your legacy technology still holds value — we help you unlock it.

Service 04

Logistics & On-Site Services

  • De-installation, tagging & packaging
  • GPS-tracked logistics
  • Controlled chain-of-custody workflows

Decommissioning critical equipment requires more than a truck and a pallet. Our logistics and on-site services are built around precision handling, security, and minimal disruption to operations.

We coordinate de-installation, asset tagging, packaging, and transport using GPS-tracked logistics and controlled chain-of-custody workflows. Whether operating in sensitive environments, tight production schedules, or restricted facilities, our teams execute every project with care and professionalism.

We make complex transitions simple, secure, and seamless.

Service 05

Reverse Logistics & Inventory Liquidation

  • Lease return & surplus disposition
  • Serialized asset tracking
  • Protected compliance standards

Technology refreshes, lease returns, and surplus inventory can quickly become hidden costs. Our reverse logistics and liquidation programs transform those burdens into measurable recoveries.

By combining serialized asset tracking with remarketing and recycling expertise, we streamline the disposition of excess or returned equipment while protecting proprietary information and corporate compliance standards. The result: recovered value, reduced waste, and simplified asset accountability.

Your surplus shouldn't sit idle — it should pay you back.

Service 06

Capital Asset Recovery & Recycling

  • Large-scale & specialized equipment
  • Precision removal & evaluation
  • Traceable results at every step

Not every asset fits neatly into an IT category — and not every recycler can manage high-value, complex systems safely. Our capital asset recovery programs handle large-scale, specialized, or technical equipment with the same rigor we bring to IT infrastructure.

From precision removal and evaluation to resale coordination or responsible dismantling, we deliver transparency and traceable results at every step. For organizations managing advanced manufacturing or research assets, our capabilities ensure optimal value recovery without compromising safety or compliance.

We recover more than materials — we recover confidence.

How We Work

A documented process, held to recognized standards

From the moment equipment leaves your dock to final settlement, every asset moves through a controlled, auditable workflow.

Step 01

Intake & Chain of Custody

Equipment is collected and received at our Seabrook, NH facility, logged into inventory, and tracked under a documented chain of custody from pickup through final disposition.

Step 02

Three-Way Sorting

Every asset is triaged into one of three streams — Scrap & Commodity Recovery, Refurbish & Parts Recovery, or Hold & Review for items needing client direction or special handling.

Step 03

Secure Destruction & Disposition

Data-bearing media is destroyed in compliance with NIST 800-88 Rev. 2 and IEEE 2883-2022; reusable assets are refurbished and remarketed, and non-recoverable material is processed through certified downstream partners.

Step 04

Reporting & Settlement

You receive serialized certificates of destruction, commodity weights, and a net settlement under your chosen credit model. Records are retained for a minimum of two years and available on request.

Standards We Work To

Offering services in compliance with R2v3, ISO 14001, and NAID AAA, and we have completed our CMMC 2.0 Level 1 self-assessment. Every asset is sanitized and destroyed in compliance with the standards below, with final recycling through certified, audited downstream channels.

Flexible Settlement Models

Choose the credit model that fits how your organization recovers value. We'll recommend the best fit for your asset mix.

Salvage-Rate Credit

A predictable, agreed credit for your retired equipment, settled at fixed salvage rates — simple to forecast and easy to budget against.

Revenue-Share Credit

A share of the net proceeds when your assets are remarketed or sold for commodity value — capturing upside when equipment still carries residual value.

Operational Commitments

Practical support that makes secure disposition simple to run on your side.

On-Site Staging Containers

Secure staging containers let your team consolidate retired equipment between scheduled pickups.

Scheduled Pickup on Notification

When a container is full or a project is ready, notify us and we dispatch a local pickup.

On-Site Witnessed Destruction

For sensitive assets, we perform witnessed on-site destruction with certificates issued on the spot.

Insurance & COI on Request

We carry general liability and commercial auto coverage; certificates of insurance are available on request.
