Specialized Equipment Recovery
Strategic value recovery for high-value, high-security equipment most ITAD providers won't touch — from semiconductor fab tools to defense electronics, advanced manufacturing systems, and beyond.
Deep expertise in complex, high-value equipment
Unlike general electronics recyclers or traditional ITAD providers, we specialize in the equipment that demands the most: high-value, low-volume, IP-sensitive assets with specialized lifecycles and exacting handling requirements.
We work directly with manufacturers, OEMs, defense suppliers, and R&D facilities to recover value from precision capital equipment. Whether you're decommissioning legacy tools, upgrading process lines, or managing end-of-life transitions, we ensure your assets are given a second life through targeted refurbishment and resale — or securely destroyed when that's what protection demands.
Our approach blends technical precision with market insight, turning excess equipment into capital with the discretion and rigor that high-tech and high-security environments require.

IP protection built into every disposition
OEM-manufactured and IP-sensitive equipment carries intellectual property that has to be protected. These standards apply to all OEM equipment we receive — and can be tightened on request.
Six-Year Destruction Routing
No resale, refurbishment, or parts harvesting of any OEM-manufactured equipment built within the most recent six calendar years. Newer equipment is routed to destruction regardless of resale value, protecting current-generation IP and process technology.
De-Identification of Scrapped Material
All client-branded items routed to scrap are de-identified before destruction — company markings, asset tags, and identifying labels are removed or obliterated.
Certificates of Destruction
Serialized Certificates of Destruction are issued for all data-bearing equipment and for any other equipment a client specifically requests be destroyed — including item identification, destruction method, date, and facility reference.
Client-Specific Enhanced Protections
Clients can request enhanced protections for specific equipment at any time, including on-site witnessed destruction. We accommodate all reasonable client-specific protection requests.
NDA-Governed, Need-to-Know Segmentation
Every engagement operates under NDA, with project information segmented on a need-to-know basis across our team. We publish no client names, project details, or pricing.
IP Stays In-Country
Supporting the goals of the CHIPS Act and domestic semiconductor resilience, current-generation process technology and restricted equipment are kept in-country — destroyed or routed only through authorized, export-compliant channels, never to unauthorized foreign markets.
Precision lifecycle management
From the first technical assessment to final global placement, every stage is engineered around the value, complexity, and sensitivity of your equipment.
Specialized Equipment Evaluation & Planning
Every project begins with a technical assessment of your equipment. We work with your facilities and engineering teams to identify resale candidates, determine refurbishment feasibility, and plan logistics with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Resale-candidate identification
- Refurbishment feasibility analysis
- Low-disruption logistics planning
Secure Logistics & Chain of Custody
We handle complex logistics for sensitive, high-value equipment — from controlled environments to the loading dock — with full documentation at every transfer.
- Cleanroom-compliant de-installation support
- Specialty packing, crating & rigging
- Barcode-tagged inventory tracking
- Chain of custody from pickup to destination
Process IP & Controller Sanitization
Semiconductor and advanced-manufacturing tools rarely hold conventional data, but process recipes, calibration tables, and proprietary IP live in controllers, PLCs, industrial PCs, and embedded firmware. Following SEMI E187 cybersecurity principles, we identify and sanitize these stores before any tool leaves your control.
- SEMI E187-aligned identification of recipe & controller data
- Sanitization or removal of PLCs, industrial PCs & embedded firmware
- Recipe, calibration-table & process-parameter eradication
- De-identification of company markings & asset tags
Decontamination & Documentation
Process tools can carry chemical, gas, or material residues that must be cleared before handling and transport. We coordinate decontamination and capture the documentation your EHS and facilities teams require for sign-off.
- Coordinated tool decontamination prior to de-installation
- Decontamination & material-safety documentation
- Hazard review aligned to your EHS requirements
Refurbishment & Technical Requalification
Our technicians refurbish qualifying assets to functional condition, requalifying tools so they meet the expectations of demanding downstream buyers.
- Cleaning, calibration & functional testing
- Replacement of wear components or control systems
- Alignment with buyer specifications when applicable
Strategic Resale & Global Market Placement
We leverage a qualified buyer network spanning manufacturers seeking legacy tools, academic and R&D labs, and international secondary equipment markets.
- Manufacturers & integrators seeking legacy tools
- Academic & R&D laboratories
- Vetted international secondary markets
- Asset traceability, settlement reporting & buyer vetting
Export-Control-Aware Handling
Specialized equipment and the technical data tied to it can fall under ITAR or EAR jurisdiction. We screen controlled items and route them so resale and disposition never become an unauthorized export.
- Screening against USML & Commerce Control List indicators
- Controlled handling of equipment & technical data
- Destruction routing when transfer is restricted
Asset Recovery & ROI Optimization
We help clients recover maximum value with flexible commercial models and the reporting your finance and compliance teams need to close the books with confidence.
- Salvage-rate or revenue-share settlement models
- Outright asset purchase where it fits
- Detailed ROI and settlement reporting
Scalable Programs for Multi-Site Operations
From a single tool to a full facility, we scale to meet the moment — supporting high-volume decommissioning, facility transitions, and ongoing recovery programs across distributed locations.
